Policies and things to know.

Please find below the general hotel policies of Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel: The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

We can also propose transfers, from and to the airport at extra cost. In case you are interested and your booked package does not include transfer please contact us.

ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT:

Credit / Debit Cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro A valid card is required at check-in for guarantee and incidentals. If no valid card is provided, room charging will not be permitted and a cash deposit may be required. Cash Accepted in EUR and BGN. BOOKINGS

Our guests can make their individual reservations via our Online Reservation System on our website. Group reservations can be made through our Reservation Department Team. By concluding your booking you enter into a contract and agree to the stated terms and conditions of each individual booking.

BEACH

If beach access, sunbeds and umbrellas are included free of charge in your accommodation package, please note that they are subject of availability. A reservation 24 in advance is mandatory and is on first come first served basis and upon availability of the day.

BUILDING WORK

It is the case that some resort areas are still being developed and therefore there is a possibility of building work or construction work.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Children Policy

  • Children up to 3 years old at the date of check-in stay free of charge when sharing the parents’ room.
  • A complimentary baby cot is provided upon request and subject to availability, and should be confirmed before arrival.
  • Children from 3 to 12.99 years old at the date of check-in are subject to an additional charge according to the price conditions of the specific reservation.
  • Children 13 years and above are considered adults and charged as per the adult pricing policy.

CHECK-IN:

Please note that, according to hotel policy, accommodation fees must be settled prior to arrival or at check-in.

For the check-in procedure, all guests are required to present:
Passport or ID card
Valid credit or debit card for guarantee and incidentals

As we are legally required to register all guests with the national authorities, providing these documents is mandatory.

Check-in starts from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the Front Desk. Additional charges may apply.

COMPANY INVOICE

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you require a company invoice and to provide all necessary billing details prior to issuance. Please note that invoices cannot be reissued or modified once they have been issued.

Includes buffet breakfast served from 07:30 – 10:00, with coffee, tea, water and juice during breakfast.

Half Board
Includes:

Please note: beverages are not included during dinner on Half Board. If you prefer a package that includes drinks, we recommend our All-Inclusive option.

SPA POLICY

Spa & Wellness Policy

To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines when using the Spa & Wellness facilities:

Reservations & Arrival

  • Advance reservations are recommended to ensure preferred treatment times.
  • Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may shorten the treatment time.

Health & Medical Conditions

  • Guests are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.
  • Certain treatments may not be recommended in specific health conditions.

Age Policy

  • Spa treatments and wet areas (sauna, steam room, etc.) are available to guests 16 years and older.
  • Children must be supervised at all times in the pool areas.

Valuables

  • Please do not bring valuables to the spa. The hotel and spa do not assume responsibility for loss of personal belongings.

Behavior & Conduct

  • A peaceful atmosphere must be maintained at all times.
  • The spa environment is non-smoking and the use of mobile phones should be minimized.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before treatment or no-shows may incur a 100% charge.

Liability

All guests use the Spa & Wellness facilities at their own risk.

The hotel does not accept responsibility for:

  • Any injuries or adverse reactions during or following treatments
  • Accidents caused by guest misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
  • Pre-existing medical conditions or unknown sensitivities

By confirming a treatment, the guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.

OTHER DETAILES

DAMAGES, BREAKAGES & CLEANLINESS

The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for any damages caused to the property or resort facilities during their stay, as well as for any missing items from the accommodation. By providing a credit card at check-in, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge the applicable costs at check-out should such incidents occur.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra beds and baby cots are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival. Additional charges may apply based on the room type, season, tariff, and selected meal plan.

EARLY DEPARTURES:

In the event of early departure before the confirmed check-out date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total value of the contracted package or remaining nights of the reservation.

GOLF:

If your reservation includes golf, or if you would like to book green fees at any of the three courses on the Cape Kaliakra Signature Golf Coast, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you in arranging your tee times in advance.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner throughout their stay, complying with hotel policies and any reasonable instructions from our staff regarding the protection of the property, the wellbeing of employees, and the comfort and safety of all guests.

Guests must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts the enjoyment of others, interferes with hotel operations, or causes offence or harm to fellow guests or staff members.

The hotel reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse service or require guests to vacate the premises if these rules are violated. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided for unused accommodation, services, or any additional expenses incurred.

HOTEL EVENTS

Please be aware that throughout the year the hotel may host weddings, events, and celebrations, which may cause increased activity in certain areas of the property. If you have any concerns or would like more information about scheduled events during your stay, we kindly recommend contacting the hotel in advance.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

All accommodations are thoroughly cleaned prior to guest arrival. Daily housekeeping service is provided. Towels, bed linen, and cosmetic amenities are changed every 3 nights. Additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

LOST & FOUND

Please ensure that all personal belongings are collected before departing your accommodation. While we will make every effort to assist with items reported as lost or left behind, the hotel cannot guarantee their recovery and accepts no liability for items that are unclaimed, lost, or damaged during handling or transit. Postage, packaging, and administrative fees may apply for the return of lost property.

PET POLICY:

The hotel is pet friendly. Among pets, we primarily understand dogs. Please note that reservations with a pet must be confirmed separately, as not all available rooms are admitted for pets and smaller dogs under 10 kg are allowed. Please if you are with pet contact the hotel to reconfirm your booking, mentioning the breed/type of the pet and its size. The tax for pet is 15 EUR per night. PRIVACY POLICY:

Please note that the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel, as a personal data administrator, processes personal data of hotel guests, including by video surveillance, in accordance with the Notice on the processing of personal data of hotel guests, which is available at https://lighthousegolfresort.com/privacy-policy/

PARKING:

All resort visitors have 2 hours free parking. Parking is payable on site at 1.20 BGN per hour or 12.00 BGN per day. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to a car parked in the hotel parking lot, but if possible, will help resolve the case.

ROOM ALLOCATION:

We kindly ask you to note that bed preference twin or double and floor preference is due to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed, but we shall do our best to accommodated your preference if this is possible.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation fees are applied according to the specific terms agreed between the Client and the Hotel. In the absence of specially negotiated conditions, the standard policy applies as follows:

  • If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before arrival:
    50% of the total reservation value will be charged.

  • If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, or in case of no-show:
    100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Pre-payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the booking.

SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking in indoor areas is prohibited. The fine for the violation is 100 EUR.

SPA AREA ACCESS:

  • Access to the gym and thermal facilities (sauna, steam bath, salt room, etc.) is restricted to guests aged 16 and above.
  • Children under 16 years old may use the swimming pools only under constant supervision of a parent or responsible adult.
  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, children must follow pool rules and maintain appropriate behavior at all times.

TOWEL CARDS POLICY:

During check-in, you will receive your Towel Cards (one per person). Please present one card to the SPA reception or beach for each towel that you require during your stay, the card will be returned to you for future use when you return your towel to the desk. Each card has a 25 EUR value. For your account not to be charged, make sure you return this card to the Front Desk at checkout. Your signature above verifies your receipt of the Towel Cards and acceptance of the terms of issue.

TRANSFER OF RESERVATION:

The consumer may transfer his or her reservation to a third party by giving notice thereof in writing. The transferee will have to comply with the same general requirements imposed on the transferor for the tourism package.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:

The hotel provides video surveillance that covers the common areas of the hotel to ensure the safety of its guests. The records are used solely for the purpose described and are not transmitted or made available to third parties unless requested to do so by the law enforcement authorities
