Note: Guest of the hotel use the spa facilities for free.
Thermal area includes: Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, adventure showers, Salt room, turkish bath, jacuzzi.
Children from 0 to 11.99 pay 50% of the adult rate. All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
In each case, the packages include free use of a sun lounger in the relaxation area and use of a locker for accessories, subject to availability.

For the consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Children are not allowed at the spa unless they are having a treatment, accompanied by an adult. We ask that you respect other guest’s privacy by speaking softly.
Please switch off your mobile phones and electronic devices or put them on silent mode.
Guests will be accorded with a 30 – minute calm time for refreshments and relaxation per visit, except those receiving hand, food and hair dressing treatments.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid reduced treatment time. A late arrival may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly. May also result in cancellation of the appointment or postponed.
We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the spa. The management and staff will not be responsible for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the spa premises.
The therapist has the rights to end the therapy if the guests misbehave.
We require at least 1 hour notice of cancellation/modification of pre-booked massages in advance. If you cancel the reservation less than 1 hour or miss the treatment time, LIGHTHOUSE SPA reserves the right to charge 100% of your treatments price.
Treatment packages are non – refundable. Unused portion of the packages are non – transferable or non – exchangeable for another time.
