The rates are in EUR per person with All-inclusive, 9% VAT and all taxes. | In one double room the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 1 child & 1 infant | In Club Suite, the maximum Capacity is 2 adults and 2 child | In Penthouse Studio, Penthouse Amaana is 2 adults In the Presidential Penthouse the capacity is 4 adults. Extra bed for children can be added at the room at 10.00 EUR per night

Payment

For reservations with early booking discount: 20% of the amount is due by 31/01; The outstanding 80% are due by 01/04
For reservations without early booking discount: 50% of the amount is due upon confirmation; The outstanding 50% are due by 01/04
For reservations after 01/04 – 100% pre-payment is due at time of booking
The reservations is considered confirmed after all due amounts have been received. The deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelations:

Cancelation until 31/01 free of charge
Cancelation after 31/01 until 01/04: 50% cancellation fee is due
Cancelation after 01/04: 100% cancellation fee is due
