All-inclusive supplement is optional and it should be applied for the whole stay of the guests. The program would be: breakfast, lunch, dinner, local alcohol and non-alcohol drinks during meals and from lobby bar until 00:00 and during New Year’s Gala Dinner

Payment

For reservations: 20% of the amount is due at the time of booking; The outstanding 80% are due are due 01/12/2024

For reservations after 01.11.2024 – 100% pre-payment is due at time of booking

The reservations is considered confirmed after all due amounts have been received. The deposits are non-refundable.

Cancelations

Cancelation until 01/10/2024 free of charge

Cancelation after 01/10/2024 until 01/12/2024: 20% cancellation fee is due

Cancelation after 01/12/2024: 100% cancellation fee is due

In case of force majore and official government bans due to Covid-19 and pre-paid deposit can be used for future stay in the resort. Please note that depending on the measures against Covid-19 the hotel might require a negative PCR, antigent test or green certificate to be presented upon check-in
