GENERAL HOTEL POLICIES & INFORMATION

Policies and things to know.

Please find below the general hotel policies of Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel: The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:

We can also propose transfers, from and to the airport at extra cost. In case you are interested and your booked package does not include transfer please contact us.

ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT:

Credit/ Debit Cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro Please note that you should provide a valid credit card at check-in. If you refused to provide a credit card or your card is missing – please be informed that you will not have the permission to charge bills on your room from all of our restaurants, bars and other facilities. You will have to pay the bills cash. BOOKINGS

Our guests can make their individual reservations via our Online Reservation System on our website. Group reservations can be made through our Reservation Department Team. By concluding your booking you enter into a contract and agree to the stated terms and conditions of each individual booking.

BEACH

If beach access, sunbeds and umbrellas are included free of charge in your accommodation package, please note that they are subject of availability. A reservation 24 in advance is mandatory and is on first come first served basis and upon availability of the day.

BUILDING WORK

It is the case that some resort areas are still being developed and therefore there is a possibility of building work or construction work.

CHILDREN POLICY:

Infants 0-3.99

Children up to 3.99 years old stay free (with existing/regular bedding i.e. when it sleeps in the same bed as its parents.) when sharing a room with a paying adult and enjoy complimentary meals from our buffet as the adults meal board.

Children 4-12.99

Children from 4 up to 12 years old stay free (with existing/regular bedding i.e. when it sleeps in the same bed as its parents.) when sharing a room with a paying adult and enjoy complimentary breakfast from our buffet. Supplements for Half Board and All-inclusive are due

Children 13 and above

In terms of prices of accommodation and meals, persons who are over the age of 12.99 are considered adults.

CHECK-IN:

Please note that according to hotel policy the fees for your accommodation are required to be paid prior to your arrival or upon check in.
Documents needed for check in procedure: passport, ID card and credit card number for insurance reasons. During check in process we are obliged to report your stay to the government authorities therefor the above mentioned identification is obligatory.

Check-in will be available from 14:00 and that check-out is before 12:00.

Late check-out is possible upon availability and only if the Front Desk members previously approved it on your departure date. If approved, late check-out is with extra charge.
Early check in is with extra cost and a subject to availability.

COMPANY INVOICE

We kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you need a company invoice and provide all necessary details as the hotel will not reissue or modify invoices that have been already issued.

DINING INFORMATION:

For guest on bed and breakfast: Breakfast (07:30-10:00) with coffee, tea, water and juice

For guests on Half board: Breakfast (07:30-10:00) with coffee, tea, water and juice and Dinner (19:00-21:00). We kindly ask you to note that if you have booked half board (breakfast & dinner) no drinks are included during the dinner. If you are interested in package inclusive of drinks we suggest you take a look at our All-inclusive option.

For guest on All-inclusive: breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (19:00-21:00) with local alcohol and non-alcohol drinks during meals and from the lobby, pool bar and beach bar within working hours and until 00:00

OTHER DETAILES

DAMAGES, BREAKAGES & CLEANLINESS

The hotel has the right to charge the customer in case of any damages caused by him/her during his/her stay at the property and at the Resort. The guest agrees that his credit card will be charged at Check-Out in case of any damages incurred or there are any missing items from the accommodation.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra bed or a baby cot can be added to the room (with the listed capacities in the table above) at an extra fee of 5.00 EUR per night for baby cot and 10.00 EUR per night for extra bed

EARLY DEPARTURES:

If the Client departs from the room before the date stated in the reservation the hotel may request the equivalent of 100% of the total price of the contracted tourism package

GOLF:

In case your booked package is with golf or you wish to book green fees on any of the three courses in Cape Kaliakra Signature Golf Coast, please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be happy to assist you in booking your t-times in advance.

GUEST BEHAVIOR

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

HOTEL EVENTS

Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year some of our hotels may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break.  Please contact the Hotel directly in advance of your stay for further information.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

All properties are cleaned prior to arrival. All residences receive one daily cleaning. Towels, linen and cosmetic sets are changed per 3-night stay. Our housekeeping team is at hand to provide extra cleaning services upon request.

LOST & FOUND

Please ensure all personal possessions are packed when departing your accommodation. Whilst we will attempt to assist when items are left, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the return of any items which have been left unattended and will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Postage, packaging and handling fees may be applied for the return of lost property.

PET POLICY:

The hotel is pet friendly. Among pets, we primarily understand dogs. Please note that reservations with a pet must be confirmed separately, as not all available rooms are admitted for pets and smaller dogs under 10 kg are allowed. Please if you are with pet contact the hotel to reconfirm your booking, mentioning the breed/type of the pet and its size. The tax for pet is 10 EUR per night. PRIVACY POLICY:

Please note that the Lighthouse Golf & Spa Hotel, as a personal data administrator, processes personal data of hotel guests, including by video surveillance, in accordance with the Notice on the processing of personal data of hotel guests, which is available at https://lighthousegolfresort.com/privacy-policy/

PARKING:

All resort visitors have 2 hours free parking. Parking is payable on site at 1.20 BGN per hour or 12.00 BGN per day. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to a car parked in the hotel parking lot, but if possible, will help resolve the case.

ROOM ALLOCATION:

We kindly ask you to note that bed preference twin or double and floor preference is due to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed, but we shall do our best to accommodated your preference if this is possible.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation fees will be determined in accordance with the specific terms agreed upon the service provider and the Client, if no specific conditions are agreed the standard stating that the standard policy is:
If cancelled or modified 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation are due
If cancelled later than 30 days before arrival or in case of no show the total price of the reservation will be charged
Pre-payment: 50% deposit is due

SMOKING POLICY:

Smoking in indoor areas is prohibited. The fine for the violation is 100 EUR.

SPA AREA ACCESS:

Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the gym or thermal area; Swimming pools for children under 16 years old are only allowed with an accompanying person.

TOWEL CARDS POLICY:

During check-in, you will receive your Towel Cards (one per person). Please present one card to the SPA reception or beach for each towel that you require during your stay, the card will be returned to you for future use when you return your towel to the desk. Each card has a 25 EUR value. For your account not to be charged, make sure you return this card to the Front Desk at checkout. Your signature above verifies your receipt of the Towel Cards and acceptance of the terms of issue.

TRANSFER OF RESERVATION:

The consumer may transfer his or her reservation to a third party by giving notice thereof in writing. The transferee will have to comply with the same general requirements imposed on the transferor for the tourism package.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE:

The hotel provides video surveillance that covers the common areas of the hotel to ensure the safety of its guests. The records are used solely for the purpose described and are not transmitted or made available to third parties unless requested to do so by the law enforcement authorities
